Generate balanced island layouts for Seafarers of CATAN with expansion-aware placement for sea hexes, gold terrain, and cross-island resource spread.
Seafarers scoring extends the base model with island accessibility, gold scarcity index, and cross-island resource parity. Wood and wool weights are increased to reflect ship-building demand.
Resource power now uses proportional bars with Scarce, Normal, and Abundant labels. Win-condition recommendations include a one-line reasoning summary.
